To accommodate your busy schedule, we offer the option to make reservations. You're more than welcome to pop in during our pop-up hours, but know that we assist those with reservations first. Whether you decide to pop in or make a reservation, the choice is yours.

Our mobile app allows you quick access to our schedule + locations, plus it gives you the ability to make reservations for shots while you're out + about. 

By creating a login password, you can view your purchase + visit history, make reservations + so much more! If you've previously received a shot from us, you'll already have an account—simply use the email address you provided on your consent form + click "need new password" to create your login password to access your account. Once that’s done, you’ll have the ability to make a reservation.


Once logged in on the app, click ‘Reservations’.

You’ll be able to choose the location, day + time for your reservation. For your convenience, you can make multiple recurring reservations for the same time.

If you’re coming in with other people, please have each person in your party make a reservation. Each time slot is allocated for one person only, not pairs or groups.

If this is going to be your first time visiting us, please take a few minutes to complete our Consent Form.

WITHIN OUR APP: Simply click on ‘Sign Consent Form’ two rows below ‘Reservations’. You may also complete it online by clicking the link below.

If you’re unable to complete our consent form ahead of time (it takes about 5–10 minutes to read, fill out + sign), plan on arriving 10 minutes early if you’ve made a reservation to complete it in person on our iPad. If you complete it from your own device, please be sure to find the confirmation email sent to you (check your spam/junk folder) + verify your submission.

When you arrive for your first visit, please be sure to have a valid photo ID with you.

We need to verify your identity when we first meet you to approve the prescription for your nutrient injections. Your photo ID must include your date of birth + full legal name.
